Rose colours

Hi everyone, I hope you're doing well!

I've been practising using my watercolour pencils with stamps and wanted to show you this card. The flowers and butterfly were stamped with grey Versafine and coloured with watercolour pencils blended with a wet brush.

Am linking up to a few challenges:

Thanks for taking the time to stop by today and for your lovely comments. xx

Hello dear crafting friends, I hope you're all well and having a nice Bank Holiday.

Here is something I made for CAS-ual Fridays (use aqua, green and orange) and CAS on Sunday (use flowers).

The poppies stamp is by Stampin' Up, sentiment by Paper Smooches.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.

CAS On Sunday #11 and CCS #32

Hi everyone, and a big hello and welcome to new member, Mau.

I've made this using the lovely colours from CAS Colours and Sketches.

Also for CAS On Sunday: one layer.

These folk art stamps from Waltzingmouse are fun to use pattern builders, I inked them with SU! markers.

Thank you so much for looking. Have a lovely day!

PDCC #186, CAS on Sunday #10 and MMM

Hi everybody, I've made this for a few challenges.

Make My Monday - CAS flowers, inspired by The Play Date Cafe colours and CAS on Sunday - Black, White Plus One.

I cut the panel on one side with the notebook die, and drew the notebook lines with the fine point end of TH marker Barn Door which I also used to ink the stamps for the flowers. Stamps and dies by PTI Daydreamer.

Thank you for looking and have a lovely weekend!

Beaded butterflies

Hi everyone, I wanted to revisit the glass microbeads which I used earlier on this week as they haven't seen the light of day for quite a while!

I started by embossing some white card with an embossing folder and diffuser for a background then cut the butterflies using Sizzix two part dies. The plain butterfly was cut with double-sided sticky sheet attached and the silhouette part was then attached to it and the microbeads (gold and jade) stuck to the uncovered areas.

This card is for the following challenges:

Less Is More #112 - use beads (2nd entry)

CAS On Sunday #44 - Flutterby

CAS-ology Week 37 - Hope

Thank you so much for stopping by today!

Addicted to CAS #8 - WINGS

Hi everyone, there's a new code word over at Addicted to CAS!

The challenge for this fortnight is being hosted by the lovely Florence who has selected the code word - WINGS.

Here is my DT card.

I was puzzling over what paper to stamp the little PTI aeroplane on to, and was going to use white when I remembered I had some "cloud" patterned paper, the banner was stamped separately onto white card and cut out and the card blank is soft blue.

This challenge is sponsored by All That Scraps. Christine is offering our winner 3 rubber stamps from the CC Design range or 5 digital stamps of your choice available at All That Scraps..

Thank you so much to everyone who entered the ATCAS challenge #7 - there are so many awesome entries!

Thanks for looking in today and we look forward to seeing all your fabulous winged cards - let your imagination take flight!

I would also like to enter this card into Clean and Simple on Sunday challenge #3 - "Happy Birthday".

Less Is More Week 106 and CAS On Sunday #1

Hi everyone, the challenge at Less Is More this week is to make a one layer card with some reference to music. I don't have any musical stamps as such, apart from a sheet music stamp, but remembered this Glitz Designs sentiment, so I hope Chrissie and Jen will think this is OK to use for this challenge.

I would also like to enter this card in the CAS on Sunday challenge #1 - Be Mine Valentine.

Thank you for visiting!
