One rose

Hi everyone, here is a card I made using the lovely fresh colours at CAS Colours and Sketches.

I quite like the idea of stamping a sentiment in a colour other than black.

Hi Sue, another beauty for our gallery! I love how you layered up the flower and how a touch of one of the leaves overlaps the stitched frame. I am with you on not always using black for the sentiment. I think it works much better in the colour. Thanks for supporting us Sue at Time Out and fab to see you again x

I really like the look of the layered flower. So much dimension and the colors are so pretty. The sentiment looks great in that soft color.

Gorgeous layered bloom, love these colours and the sentiment looks great in a colour too. I must branch out from the standard black! Thankyou for playing along at Seize the Birthday, Cathy x

This is lovely! Who makes the floral dies? Altenew? And I agree about the sentiment. I tend to use black too but love this look. Thanks so much for playing along with us at the CC&S challenge blog.
