CAS Stencil February Challenge (DT)

Today is the start of the February CAS Stencil Challenge.  This month we are using powdered inks (Brushos, Infusions etc) with our stencils and there are some useful videos on the challenge blog.

To make my DT card, I created a background with a stencil and Brushos.  I laid the stencil on top of a piece of mixed media paper, sprinkled on different colours of Brushos and sprayed with water. It's important not to spray too much water as it can make the inks run too much. Lift the stencil and blot with kitchen tissue if needed.  The flower and leaves are heat-embossed, water-coloured with Brushos and fussy-cut (all stamps and stencil by STAMPlorations).

Thank you for visiting my blog and I look forward to seeing your creations!
