Hello dear friends, I hope you're keeping well! Greetings and welcome to new blog follower, Vicki.
I am back from a blog break for the start of the first challenge of 2015 with Addicted to Stamps and More and the theme this week is Make Your Mark: create a project using pens, paints, chalks or colouring pencils.
First some DT news. Sadly a few of our lovely DT members have departed but we have been joined by some fabulous new designers: Dana, Karen and Sarah. Please do visit their blogs to see their beautiful work.
Our generous sponsor for this challenge is CAS-ual Fridays Stamps and our winner will receive a $20 gift certificate to spend at their store, yay!!
I've used the lovely watermark which the very talented Kylie created for me on my DT card photo. To start the new year, I've used a technique which is new to me. To make the bokeh background I brushed water onto some watercolour card and added watercolour paints, punched some different sized circles out of card and used them to sponge through the white dye ink. Then diecut the "hello" diecut in the background and then out of white card and inlaid the two together.
Don't forget to check out the DT inspiration over at the ATSM challenge blog and we hope you will be inspired to join in the fun!

Time Out - Photo Inspiration (I've used the orange and "hello")
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today xx
