Loose watercolour

Hi friends, wishing everyone a Happy New Year. It's some time since I posted here and I have been wanting to get going again.

So here is my first card of 2022, inspired by the "Loose watercolour" theme at CAS Mixup.

To make the loose watercolour background, I stamped using a large background and distress inks in blue shades and moved the ink about with a wet paintbrush.

A beautiful background, Sue! I love how the colors moved and the watery butterfly! I love how the black and white butterfly is perched on the watery strip. A wonderful contrast! Thanks so much for sharing this with us at CAS Mix Up!
