Have an amazing birthday

I've been playing with some new STAMPlorations goodies and here is one of the cards I made.

The background was masked off, yellow ink sponged on and the coffee bean stencil sponged in orange over the top. The mug was heat embossed in black and water-coloured.

I will add my card at the new CAS Stencil Card Challenge, where the technique is sponging.

Also playing at (total of 5) :-
Less Is More - Water (I used water-colouring)
Seize the Birthday - Anything Goes
STAMPlorations CAS Challenge - Anything CAS Goes

TFS and joining us at CAS Stencil Card Challenge: sponging and STAMPlorations CAS Card Challenge: Anything Goes. Hugs..Nancy

Such a fun and pretty birthday card, Sue! I love how you layout each element - off-setting the sentiment and tilting the artsy coffee cup! The background coffee bean stenciling is wonderful and your choice of colors is unexpected and refreshing.

Great masking on that fun stencil Sue - I just got that one as well but haven't tried it yet - it makes a great background for your colorful mug! xx
