Addicted to Stamps and More challenge #40 - Photo inspiration

Hi everyone, this week's challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More is Photo inspiration.

Our sponsor is Heather Ellis who is offering a lovely prize to our Top Addict.

I have to admit to ahem, finding it quite difficult to make a card using photo inspiration. Here's my DT card which I made one step at a time. When using photo inspiration, we can choose one or more elements of the photo, for example the chair, sea, hat, drink, or a colour or colours. I began by stamping a chair twice, once on DP to paper piece it and then added the other elements one by one to create the scene. All stamps by Lindsay Morgan. I added colour using colour dusters and a little sponge with TH distress inks and shadows with a coloured pencil.

Please do visit the ATSM blog and check out all the wonderful creations by the other DT members and we hope you've been inspired!

Thanks for visiting today.

It doesn't look like you had any problems at all using the photo inspiration! I love the paper piecing on the chair and you stamped all of the individual stamps to make the scene look just perfect!

Me again, sorry! That's a great tip for the photo challenge, if anyone is struggling. Just to make up the card bit by bit and see where it takes you. TFS.
