Less Is More Week 85

Hi everybody, I've made this for the Less Is More challenge this week to use a card with an OVAL. This time I used an oval sentiment. The stamp is by Stampin Up (Garden Silhouettes), added 2 little punched butterflies and ribbon.. (The card is white but looks pink in the photo, sorry its the lightl!)

Here is another card I made involving an oval. I wasn't very pleased with it and wasn't going to post it here, but since its made ...  The stamp is by Stampin Up (Bordering on Romance).

Gorgeous cards Sue. Love the embossing folder you've used on your first card - you didn't say which one it was. The blossom branch is lovely - really elegant.

I love the splash of colour in the first card and the textured frame, and I like the layout of the second. It's a great idea to colour the flowers in neutral shades - some brightly-coloured brads in the flower centres would look fabulous! Vicky x

Two beautiful cards. I love the second one, I find the colors very, ..... how can I say ... quiet and harmonious. It looks a bit like watercoloured or pastel.
