I just got some new 3D dies and was eager to use them. Here's what I made.
I cut the pieces from water-colour paper and painted them with watercolour paints, mounted over a heart die-cut.

This is such a beautiful card, Sue! Your watercolored 3D roses are so pretty! Love the tones of the colors. The background striped heart die-cut is cool and adds so much interest.
