Alcohol ink cards

Sorry I haven't been about much lately. There have been things that have taken up a lot of my thoughts and time.

I was asked by someone I know who has an art gallery to make some cards to sell in the gallery. She asked me to do alcohol ink cards, no words or die-cuts, on the theme of the seasons. Here is what I made.

Uniko guest designer!

I'm delighted to be guest designer at Uniko for this month's challenge. We have fabulous photo inspiration with the optional twist of Birthday and here's what I made.

The flowers are the layered stamps from Uniko Beautiful Blooms III, the leaves are from the Nature's Treasures II set and the sentiment is from Simply Said Birthday.

Fuchsias

The background is distress resist spray and distress ink. I heat embossed the flowers in gold, water coloured and fussy cut them.

I'm thrilled to be guest designer at Craft Stamper Magazine Take It Make It challenge! The theme is Anything Goes.

I stamped and heat embossed the flowers and butterfly in white and watercoloured them.
