Tangerine & Olive

Less Is More would like to see cards featuring the colours Olive and Tangerine and here is mine.

I googled the colour olive and there seemed to be quite a variation in what constitutes the colour olive, some more green, some more yellow-ish. I used Crushed Olive distress ink.

Watercolour flowers

Leaf frame

The theme at AAA Cards is "Use a Frame". I've made a few cards recently using the eclipse technique and word dies, so I thought I would try it with a frame and here it is.

Dragonfly

This week's theme at Less Is More is 'Bits Box' Item. I delved into my alcohol ink bits and pieces and found an acetate piece which I placed behind a die-cut dragonfly frame.

Just a quick post to show you another card using the eclipse technique. 

This card was difficult to photograph.  It's actually a white card but the light isn't great. The large snowflake is heat embossed in silver and the letters are popped up on black foam.

This is for CAS Christmas where they would like to see "masculine" Christmas cards.
