I've used stitched die-cuts and a stencil to create the background for the sentiment.

Addicted to Stamps and More #131 - Anything Goes

Hello crafting friends, I hope you're well and having a good week!

It's time to start a new challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More and this week it's Anything Goes.

Our fabulous sponsor is Sweet Pea Stamps and our winner will receive a prize of 4 digis from their store!

I wasn't going to make any more "love" cards as I've made a few already, but when I saw Kylie's beautiful card which we are invited to CASE (with a twist) at Time Out, and the colours and roses at The Card Concept (Romantic Roses), it seemed a good opportunity to use my cute little foxes stamp again.

For my "twist" on Kylie's card, I stencilled onto the card blank with texture sparkle medium.  The little tags and flowers are die-cuts, and the foxes were stamped with black Memento and coloured with Promarkers.

Will also be linking up to House of Cards, where the theme is LOVE.

There's beautiful inspiration from the our Guest Designer, Janine at Sweet Pea and from the Design Team ladies over at the ATSM challenge blog, so do be sure to wander over and have a look. We hope you're inspired to join in the fun and look forward to seeing your creations and visiting your blogs.

Have a great rest of the week! xx

Addicted to Stamps and More #129 - CAS

Hi everyone, I hope you're week has been good so far!

It's time to start a new challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More and this week's theme is ... Clean and Simple.

Our fabulous sponsor is Stamplorations and the winner's prize will be a $10 gift certificate!

My DT card was quite quick and simple to make using a punch and some dies.  The little tags were punched out of card in four different shades of red and the diecut letters and heart attached.  The "you" was diecut twice in red and white and the white laid over the red one.

Don't forget to pop over to the ATSM challenge blog to see the lovely inspiration that the other DT ladies have made and we look forward to seeing your fabulous creations and visiting you blogs.

Also linking up to The Card Concept - Love (Clean and Simple) and Inkspirational - Ombre.

Thank you so much for stopping by today and for your lovely comments xx

Pink Roses

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a good weekend.

Just a quick post to show you a card I've made for The Card Concept (Freestyle Collage) (Happy 1st Anniversary), inspired by the flowers and colours. Also linking to Uniko Studios (Love and Friendship) and Happy Little Stampers (Sketch).

To make my card I started by brushing pale blue ink onto the bottom of a piece of card, stamped and heat embossed the roses with clear powder and coloured using distress inks and wet brush, added the diecut leaves and stamped the hearts and sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by today, take care xx

After every storm ...

"After every storm the sun will smile"

Hi everyone, happy Friday! I hope you're well.

I've made my card today using the colours at Card Concept (Clean and Layered), with inspiration from the layout of this week's Muse card.

I don't make Halloween cards so I used the fun Sunbeams stamp set by CAS-ual Fridays, having happily won a discount voucher for their store.

The sun was stamped with SU! Pumpkin Pie, then stamped the sentiment and attached it to two strips of torn vellum.

Also linking up for a second entry at the fabulous Time Out challenge (Use Stamping).

Thank you for visiting my blog today and for your lovely comments, so very much appreciated. xx

CTS#71, LIM#166 and Card Concept #7

Hello everybody, I hope you're having a good day!

I'd like to show you a card I made for a few challenges. Actually I'm not quite sure about it because it's yet another case of the infamous white embossing powder which looks ahem, cream. This is the one by Cosmic Shimmer which is described on the tub as "True White". Oh well ... I will let you decide. After heat embossing the images were coloured using an aqua brush and distress inks.

Card Concept #6, CAS-ology #87 and CTS#69

Hi everyone, I hope you're well and having a good day.

I'd like to show you a card made today using the Floral Frame die set by Memory Box. The floral frame, tag and five flowers were cut from white card. I scribbled 3 different SU! markers onto an acrylic block and used a little sponge to apply colour to the flowers. The sentiment tag is a bit small but I was able to find a little birthday sentiment stamp that fits and a touch of white Liquid Pearls was added to the flower centres.
