ATS Theme challenge #1

Hi everyone, this is week 1 of Addicted to Stamps theme challenge:-

Christmas in July!!

This is my card for the challenge. Card blank, diecuts, papers and Candi all by Craftwork Cards. I coloured the diecut with Promarkers, added some glitter and coated with Glossy Accents (not sure if this shows up in the photo).

I was hoping to have time to make another Christmas card too - might have time tomorrow.

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately - I was trying to get things ready for a small local art fair which took place at the weekend.

All things grow with love!

"All things grow with love"

Hi everyone, Addicted to Stamps have a new challenge blog and this is the card I've made for challenge #1 "Mark your mark" to make a card using markers.

The pink and silver pieces have been embossed using the Sizzix Embossing Boutique and the silver foiled diecut is a Stackable by Hunkydory.

The flower and butterfly stamps are also by Hunkydory and coloured with Promarkers and I have used a little flower from the set to make a background.

Word stamp by TPC.

Less Is More week 72

Hi everyone, here is my card for week 72 of the Less Is More challenge, and the theme this week is to use something shiny. I found its quite difficult to photograph a card in a way that shows the shine!

I have used a foil edged diecut shape and stamped the poppies and the message in black Memento, coloured the flowers and edged the card using Promarkers.

The poppy stamps are by Hobby Art, diecut and message stamp by Dawn Bibby Designs.

Less is More card 3

Hi everyone, this is my entry for the Less Is More week 69 challenge to make a card that is not a square or rectangle.

I used the Sizzix Texture boutique to emboss some white card, cut around a shape template (Craftwork Cards), adding a birthday message, touches of colour with a Promarker pen and some pearls.
