Addicted to Stamps and More #117 - Make Your Mark

Hi everyone, hope you're well! It's the start of a new challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More and this week it's Make Your Mark - create a project using marker pens, chalks, paints, pencils or crayons.

Our fabulous sponsor is Stitchy Bear Digis, and the winner will receive her/his choice of 3 digis up to a value of $10 from their store.

For my DT card, I stamped the images in black Memento, coloured in with Promarkers and used coloured pencils to intensify the colours, with stencilled background.

Please do pop over to the ATSM challenge blog and check out the inspiration from the talented DT and we look forward to seeing what you create!

Linking up to some challenges:
AAA Cards - Autumn colours
Addicted to CAS - Stencil
613 Avenue Create - Anything Goes with optional CAS

Thanks so much for stopping by today and for your lovely comments. Have a great week! xx

ATSM #91 - Anything Goes

Hi everyone, I hope you are having a good week so far!

The theme this week at Addicted to Stamps and More is Anything Goes and our fabulous sponsor for the challenge is A Random Fan.

For my DT card, I've used a stencil on the background piece by inking with two colours of distress ink, place the stencil over the top and finely mist with water, lift the stencil and roll a roll of kitchen towel gently over the image. Finally, dry with heat tool. The flower and leaves were stamped with black Archival and coloured with DIs and aqua brush. The diecut "happy" is purple but looks almost black in the photo.

Don't forget to check out the fabulous DT inspiration over at the ATSM blog and we look forward to seeing your beautiful creations.

Will be linking my card to a few challenges:

Keep It Simple - #37 Stencil
Time Out - #3 Happy Birthday (with the optional twist of a masculine birthday card)
Virginia's View - Use a stencil

Thanks for stopping by today x

Addicted to Stamps and More #80 - Photo inspiration

Hi everyone, it's time for the start of a new challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More and this week we have fun and colourful photo inspiration.

Our generous sponsor is Deedee's Digis and the winner will receive a fabulous prize of their choice of three sets of digis from her store.

Here's how I made my DT card:

1 Ink a square of textured card with distress inks and attach to card blank
2, Cut a heart aperture in a square of white card (I didn't have a suitable die for this so cut it out with a craft knife), chop up foliage diecuts and attach them to the back of the card so they show in the aperture.
3. Attach heart panel to card, add sentiment and candy dots.

There is fabulous DT inspiration over at the ATSM challenge blog so please do check it out and we hope you will join in the fun.

LIM Week 140 and KIS 24

Hi everyone, today I've made a white on white Christmas card. Was a bit stumped as I made one last week here, but here's what I came up with. The greeting (Stamporium) was heat embossed in silver, diecut frame by Sizzix and flower and leaves dies by Marianne. A Craftwork Cards Candi popped in the centre of the flower.

The silver embossing is a little tricky to photograph, here's a close-up.

This card is for the following challenges:

Less Is More - White on White Christmas
Keep it Simple - All is White

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
