Dynamic Duos #65

Hi everybody, I've made this for Dynamic Duos. The lovely colours this week are Blushing Bride and Pistachio Pudding.

I first tried Regal Rose which was a little bit too dark, and then settled for Pink Pirohouette which is a warm pink and quite close to Blushing Bride which I don't have at the moment. All stamps and dies by Clearly Besotted. Wasn't sure about the ribbon in the end. I always think other peoples' ribbon looks great but mine never quite works!

Thanks for stopping by today.

Fusion #10 and Clearly Besotted Stamps challenge #1

Hi everyone, and a big hello to new member, Maudieroff!

I've made this card for two challenges, firstly Fusion using the colours from the photo and layout from the sketch.

Also, for the first ever Clearly Besotted Stamps challenge - Anything goes as long as you use at least one Clearly Besotted product. I've used one of the dies from the Leafy Accents dies set and a sentiment from the It's Your Birthday stamp set.

The flowers were made using a Memory Box cherry blossom die, colour washed with some TH distress inks and aqua brush.

Not a brilliant photo, the light quality isn't very good today :(  The scoring on the bottom of the card is really hard to see, sorry.

Thanks for stopping by!

Addicted to Stamps and More #42 - Make Your Mark

Hello everybody, it's time for a new challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More and this week it's Make Your Mark - anything goes so long as you use marker pens in some shape or form.

Our generous sponsor for this challenge is Heather Ellis, who will be offering a prize to our Top Addict.

I've used TH distress markers for my DT cards as I wanted them to have a bit of a "vintage feel" and have two to show you. The stamps on both are by Cleared Besotted.

Please do check out all the beautiful inspiration from the other DT ladies at ATSM and we look forward to seeing all your amazing marker creations.

Have fun!

Muse Challenge #13, ABC Challenges #24 and Flutterby Wednesdays #236

Hi everyone, I've had an extra bit of crafting time today as DH is playing with/installing his latest "toy", men and their gadgets! Today's card is inspired by the lovely creation by Marion Vagg provided at the Muse Challenge.

It's my first entry in the Muse Challenge and is based on the layout and colours. All stamps and dies by Clearly Besotted Stamps.

I would also like to enter this in the following:

ABC Challenges #24 which is a 1-2-3 challenge - I've used 1 sentiment, 2 leafy branch diecuts and 3 butterflies

Flutterby Wednesdays #236 - add a sentiment on the front or your creation plus butterfly or fairy.

Thank you so much for looking!

Less Is More #114 and CAS(E) This Sketch

Hi everyone and welcome to new member, Olga.  It's time for a new challenge at Less Is More and this week is a colour challenge - LIME AND BLACK.

The sponsor is Clearly Besotted Stamps and I've used some stamps from their lovely range to make my card. I didn't have any Lucky Limeade so have substituted with Wild Wasabi - hope this is OK with Chrissie and Jen.

Was pondering on whether to use the dotty or the gingham ribbon, as you can see I settled for the gingham.

This card is also my second entry for CAS(E) This Sketch #22.

Thank you so much for looking! Have a nice weekend, hope the sun is shining where you are.
