CAS Mix Up (GD), HLS Anything Goes with Dies, Seize The Birthday, Watercooler Wednesday,

Hi everyone, just a reminder that there is still time to enter the July CAS Mix Up challenge!

Here is my second card using tissue paper. This time I've used it for the main image. My tissue paper was sprayed with shimmer ink sprays (you can just see the shimmer and texture in the photo), glued to white card and die-cut, and stamping and die-cut mirri card sentiment added.

What an interesting technique, Sue. I've never tried spraying tissue paper, adhering it to cardstock, and then die-cutting it. But it certainly gives your image a wonderful effect. Love the variations of texture and colour in the flowers and stems. This is such an elegant, clean & simple card with so much lovely detail to enjoy. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
