CAS-ology and Make My Monday

Hi everyone, have you ever started to make a card and then decided its all wrong and had to begin again? I made a flower using some blue papers which I was quite pleased with and then found after trying several different shades of blue that I didn't have the right colour ink for the sentiment.

I've made this card for CAS-ology week #27 - BLUE , as a second entry at Make My Monday to use DIES/PUNCHES, and as a second design team card for Addicted to CAS - EMBOSSING.

Dies and punches used: Paula Pascual Sizzix dies and stamps set to make the flower, 2 inch circle punch and corner rounder punch.

Thank you for stopping by and for your lovely comments.

Sue xx

Sue, the card is gorgeous, I love the blue you have used! (Can't see that the sentiment's colour isn't the right one for the flower!) Love your card!

Love the embossed background - haven't seen that one before. Your blue flower is so pretty ... and love it in the partial circle cut-out. Loll xx

Pretty - I like the subtle echoing of the flowers down the left side - it really ties the whole card together! Thanks so much for playing along with us at CASology this week, Sue!

Sue, this is lovely ... the wedgewood blue and white are just a perfect choice and the die cut flower is a delight! And yes, been there, done that with making cards over ... more than once on the same card! Anita :)
